Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Payment, memo, license, and common issues.

Payment & transaction

Q: How much XLM should I send?
The amount is calculated dynamically to be roughly equivalent to $5 USD. Open the payment page to see the current XLM amount.
Q: What is a MEMO and why is it required?
A MEMO (e.g. A1B2C) is a unique 5-character code that links your transaction to your session. Since payments go to the same wallet address, the memo is essential for automatic matching.
⚠️ Important: without the correct memo, your payment may not be matched automatically.
Q: I sent a payment without a MEMO. What now?
Your funds are safe on the blockchain, but the system may not be able to match them. Email support@vault3r.pl with the transaction hash and we’ll help manually.
Q: How long does it take to generate the key?
Usually 5–30 seconds. Keep the payment page open; once the transaction is confirmed, your key will appear.

License & usage

Q: Is this a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment (in XLM) for a device-bound license.
Q: Can I use one license on multiple devices?
The license is tied to one device (Hardware ID). To use Vault3R on another computer, you’ll need a separate license.
Q: Why does activation fail with “already used”?
A license key has a server-side status: 0 = unused, 1 = used. Only status 0 can be activated. If a key is already used (status 1), it cannot be activated again.
Q: What if I reinstall Windows?
If the hardware stays the same, it usually continues to work. If you replace key components (e.g. motherboard), it may look like a new device—contact support.
Q: I lost my license key
If you have the transaction hash, email support and we’ll help locate your license.

Wallets & safety

Q: Which wallet should I use?
Use a wallet that lets you enter a memo. Always verify that the memo field is filled.

Platforms

Q: Is there an Android app?
Yes — Vault3R for Android is coming soon to Google Play. Stay tuned for the official release!
